The initial deep clean allows us to bring your home up to our standard of cleanliness, making future maintenance cleanings more efficient and consistent. Prices vary per home.
Our post-construction cleaning service is designed to remove all construction dust and debris while providing a thorough deep clean throughout the home. We focus on fine dust buildup, surfaces, and details to ensure the space is truly move-in ready. To ensure lasting results, an additional repeat cleaning is included at no extra charge. This service is billed at an hourly rate of $50, allowing us to tailor the time needed based on the size and condition of the home.
